Actor Varun Dhawan and his wife, designer Natasha Dalal, have reportedly acquired a Rs. 44.52 crore luxury apartment in Mumbai’s upscale Juhu area. Property registration documents accessed by IndexTap reveal that the couple’s new home is located on the 7th floor of Twenty, a high-end, under-construction residential project in Juhu. According to the MahaRERA website, the project is being developed by D’Decor Exports Private Limited and is expected to be completed by May 31, 2025.

Spanning an expansive 5,112 sq.ft., the apartment includes four dedicated car parking spaces. Registered on January 3, the property’s cost translates to over Rs. 87,000 per sq.ft. The documents further indicate that Dhawan paid Rs. 2.67 crore in stamp duty when the property was registered on December 3, 2024.

The actor also owns a luxurious apartment in Sagar Darshan on Carter Road, Bandra, reportedly valued at around Rs. 60 crore.

Despite repeated attempts, Dhawan’s team did not respond to queries regarding the purchase.
