Actor Radhika Apte took to social media on Friday, to announce the arrival of her daughter. Apte, who welcomed her first child with musician-husband Benedict Taylor a week ago, shared a pic of her breastfeeding the baby while operating a laptop.

In her latest insta post, the actor gave fans a delightful glimpse of the little one. In the pic caption, Apte revealed that she had already returned to her first work meeting post delivery. She captioned the photo: “First work meeting back after birth with our one-week-old at my breast (sic).” Although the caption didn’t disclose the gender of her baby, the hashtag, ‘#itsagirl’, gave it away.

Soon after she shared the post, many celebrities, including actors Divyenndu Sharma, Tisca Chopra, Gulshan Devaiah, Vijay Varma, and directors Neeraj Gheywan and Zoya Akhtar, congratulated Apte.
