STREE 2 collected another 5 crore nett plus in its seventh weekend which is a remarkable collection for a film in its seventh week. The number is a record for the seventh weekend and the film now stands at a phenomenal 575 crore nett. The film still has another good day to come with Gandhi Jayanti on Wednesday and on top, there are no releases next week which will mean another steady week.

STREE 2 is the first film in history to collect 150 crore nett in both Mumbai and Delhi/UP circuits and for the latter, the 150 crore nett is a first with no film being able to achieve it before. The film has also collected over 50 crore nett in Delhi city alone and this is just the city not counting the satellite towns of Noida, Gurgaon etc. Its come a long way as GHAJINI was first film to hit 10 crore nett in Delhi city way back in 2008 and now its five times higher sixteen years later. 

The film has 50 crore nett in east Punjab and also a 50 crore nett plus number in Gujarat/Saurashtra. In Punjab, its up there with the ANIMAL and GADAR 2 while in Gujarat its less than GADAR 2 though better than the other 500 crore nett films released post pandemic.
