Jr NTR's 'Devara Part 1' earns Rs 350 cr worldwide but underperforms in Hindi
Box Office India Trade Network

DEVARA - PART 1 (Hindi) collected 1.35 crore nett apprx in its fourth week which is low collection though it had a good hold from the previous week due to no new releases. But the film fizzled out when the competition arrived. The total collections of the film till date is 58 crore nett and on a best case scenario, the film will be finishing at 59 crore nett.

The film will end up with around 18 crore nett in Mumbai and 14 crore nett in Delhi/UP. While the performance in Delhi/UP can be called fair, the performance in Mumbai is not up to the mark for a dubbed film from the South. If the overall numbers are higher, then it does not matter much but at these levels, Mumbai has to push these films.

This was the case with BAAHUBALI, KGF, PUSHPA and KANTARA though the sequels can be different as the franchise makes them more known in Northern and Eastern India. Films starring Ptabhas get better ratios in North and Eastern parts but that's because of the star value post BAAHUBALI.

The box office numbers of DEVARA - PART 1 (Hindi) till date are as follows.
Week One - 42,53,00,000
Week Two - 12,06,00,000
Week Three - 1,98,00,000
Week Four - 1,35,00,000 apprx
TOTAL - 57,92,00,000 apprx
