Avika Gor recently featured in the music video of Ladki Tu Kamaal Ki with Jamaican cricketer Andre Russell.

The actor who got to dance her heart out in the song with Russell, shares, “Most of the characters I’ve played have been serious, so it was fun to switch things up. I got the chance to wear sexy sarees and explore a different side to me. I realized I was so happy doing that because I’ve always loved to dance.”

The song is directed by Gor’s friend, Palaash Muchhal, and she reveals that when she got to know he is helming the song with Russell, she asked him “again and again” if she could be a part of it.

She says, “It was unbelievable to me that Andre was singing in Hindi. And when I heard the song, I just knew I wanted to be a part of it somehow. I told Palaash if my dates don’t work out, I’ll promote the song nonetheless. But luckily it all worked out and it was a ball to dance with Andre.”
