SHAITAAN continues to collect at the box office as it targets a 145 crore nett finish. The film managed collections in the 40-50 lakh nett range on its fifth Friday. The total collections of the film stand at 141.50 crore nett. It basically has another two days to maybe put up numbers of around 1 crore nett on each day and then the collections will be down to a trickle.

The film has healthy business all over as Mumbai will do around 46-47 crore nett and Delhi/UP should finish at 33-34 crore nett. The best performance is East, as West Bengal where Ajay Devgn films are lesser, has crossed 7 crore nett and should finish 7.50 crore nett. It will be the highest ever for Ajay Devgn after DRISHYAM 2.

In Odisha, it is better as it will do similar to DRISHYAM 2 which is the highest grosser ever for Ajay Devgn in this state though PHOOL AUR KAANTE would still classify as a bigger HIT in Odisha above SHAITAAN and DRISHYAM 2. The black magic theme has boosted collections in this side of the country.
