Ever since his resurgence with Gadar 2 last year, Sunny Deol’s new projects have been looked forward to with anticipation. Lahore 1947, the actor’s next, produced by Aamir Khan and directed by Rajkumar Santoshi, is currently in the works. But big-screen outings aren’t Deol’s only focus. Rather, he wants to do good content, regardless of the medium, including OTT.

“Sunny has been in talks for OTT shows and films too, and makers are ready to offer him big amounts. He understands that he will need to keep experimenting to stay relevant among the newer generation,” says a source.

Ask Deol about the same, and he confirms: “While I am doing a couple of films that are big-screen releases, I am also doing stuff for digital platforms. I am picking up more subjects. There are certain things that I want to do, which will not be for the big screen, as they (theatres) will not give me the space for them.”
