SHAITAAN has grossed 161 crore worldwide till date and it should comfortably go over the 200 crore mark. The overseas numbers are being helped by good numbers in US/Canada which is almost 50% of the overseas business.

The film will be the sixth Ajay Devgn film to go over the 200 crore mark after SINGHAM RETURNS, GOLMAAL AGAIN, TOTAL DHAMAAL, TANHAJI: THE UNSUNG WARRIOR and DRISHYAM 2. The last three named collected over 300 crore.

SINGHAM RETURNS had a worldwide total of 216 crore and there is a good chance that SHAITAAN will beat this number to be the fifth highest film worldwide for Ajay Devgn. The film probably has less for the overseas audience but when India does well, then even overseas gets some traction and manages to get some numbers.
