Fighter Box Office Collection Day 6: Hrithik Roshan-Deepika Padukone's Film 'Shocks India, Rocks Overseas'
Box Office India Trade Network

FIGHTER had a steady fourth week as it held up well collecting almost 7 crore nett which was a 55% drop from the previous week. The film held better over the Mon - Thu period this week compared to the previous weeks probably because the collections are at much lower levels and now mainly coming from the bigger multiplexes.

This takes the film to 195 crore nett and it will end at around 200 crore nett which will be the same number as DUNKI. The film will score over DUNKI in Mumbai and South but going by genre, it should have scored better than the Shah Rukh Khan starrer outside Mumbai and South. DUNKI scored less than SALAAR in many of the mass circuits which shows how less FIGHTER is there but the collections of DUNKI and SALAAR have to be taken with a pinch of salt as there was feeding in both films while FIGHTER is clean.

The film will be the second highest grosser for Hrithik Roshan after WAR and his second 200 crore nett film but that is probably down to lack of films in the last five years. At the end of the day, these type of films be it TIGER 3, DUNKI or FIGHTER should be going to higher numbers especially considering their release periods and ticket pricing.

The box office collections of FIGHTER till date are as follows.
Week One - 1,35,48,00,000
Week Two - 38,37,00,000
Week Three - 14,68,00,000
Week Four  - 6,75,00,000 apprx
TOTAL - 1,95,28,00,000 apprx
