FIGHTER collected 3 crore nett on its second Monday where again the drop is a little more than it should have been. But that seems to be the trend for the film where weekends collections are at a higher level than the weekdays. The film has collected 165 crore nett so far till date in 12 days.

The second week is heading for a fair 37-38 crore nett as weekdays should remain steady on these low collections and the third weekend is crucial if the film is to get around that 200 crore nett mark. It will not be a good total for the film as it should have done more. Nevertheless, the film has got some sort of run and it has found some audience.

The film opened well below expectations which was where the film got hurt but it has to be said that on the other side is that the second week will do far better than anyone's expectations. With with a new film coming, it must show further sustaining power in week three because if not, then the second week hardly matters. Also more importantly getting past the third week will give the film a run through February.

This is where the box office has changed post pandemic and a lack of releases allow films to go on for longer if they can trend well.
