SALAAR (Hindi) collected 8 crore nett on its second Monday and took its total to 123.50 crore nett in ten days though the film will see collection at lower levels from here on. The film has performed well for a dubbed South film though this one had higher expectations..

This fact that the Hindi version is holding best also makes the performance look better as down South, the numbers are mainly down to the huge initial. The collections in Nizam/Andhra will probably fall short of 200 crore despite being close to 150 crore in week one. Still it is the third biggest film ever in the circuit after RRR and BAAHUBALI 2: THE CONCLUCION.

It remains to be seen where the film goes but it should be able to cross the 150 crore nett mark even with these mixed reports as there is nothing for the mass centres will end of January.
