Salaar: Part 1 - Ceasefire Review: Star Turns From Prabhas, Prithviraj Sukumaran Are The Main Draws
Box Office India Trade Network

SALAAR has maintained collections well on Saturday as it collects a little higher than Friday with 16 crore nett. The growth is limited but the fear for these films is always a drop on day two as they have a huge ratio of business coming from mass circuits. The drop in these is limited which goes well for the long run here.

The issue for the film can be the big centre multiplex business as although that is up, its not much whereas it had potential to jump a lot due to lower collections on Friday. Despite having collections that are 8 crore nett lower than DUNKI, it is still ahead in many places like Gujarat, CP Berar, Bihar and Odisha. The two day numbers of the film are 31.50 crore nett and it will be targeting a 50 crore nett weekend.

The film should show good growth on Sunday but its single screens which show the biggest growth on Sunday. Here, SALAAR has less single screens for a film for the masses due to the clash with DUNKI. Hence, the growth could be less than it should be. The film will have good weekend results and Monday due to the holiday and its about whether the film can go on from there.

The collections of SALAAR till date are as follows.
Friday - 15,50,00,000 apprx
Saturday - 16,00,00,000 apprx
TOTAL - 31,50,00,000 apprx
