Mumbai: Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh has sold two of his residential properties in Mumbai’s Goregaon suburb for a total of over Rs. 15.2 crores. Both the adjacent apartments on the 43rd floor of one of the towers of premium residential project Oberoi Exquisite are spread over 2,648 sq ft.

The actor has sold each of these apartments along with a total six car parking slots for over Rs. 7.62 crores. The transactions have attracted a total stamp duty of Rs. 91.50 lakhs.

Singh has sold the properties to a couple, who are residents of the same complex. The deals were registered on November 6, shows the documents accessed through IndexTap.com. Singh had bought these apartments along with his mother in 2014.

Last year, Singh had bought a sea-view luxury quadruplex apartment in a super-premium residential tower Sagar Resham on Bandstand in Mumbai’s plush Bandra locality for Rs. 119 crores, making it one of the most expensive deals for a single residential apartment anywhere in the country. Interestingly, apart from being a direct sea-facing property, this property is located between Bollywood actor Salman Khan’s residence in Galaxy and Shahrukh Khan’s bungalow Mannat on the same stretch.

Singh has been one of the highest paid and busiest artistes in Hindi film industry following his debut in 2010.
