The dubbed Hindi film LEO has collected around 24 crore nett in two weeks as it added over 7 crore nett in week two. Its a decent total for the especially considering the big multiplexes are not playing the film. The film can add another 5 crore nett from here as it has another nine days before it will be out of theatres.
The film has gone over 160 crore nett in Tamil Nadu and is around 11-12 crore short of the record of PONNIYIN SELVAN of 173 crore and LEO is probably looking to edge past that total. The film has collected 37 crore nett in Nizam/Andhra, 31 crore nett in Karnataka and around 45 crore nett in Kerala. The all India total for the film is around 303 crore nett.
Basically the film is third to 2.0 and JAILER in India and that is the case in overseas also. But in the home market of Tamil Nadu, it has beaten both the two big Rajinikanth grossers. In overseas, the film has collected around $21.5 million which makes it biggest Indian film overseas outside PATHAAN and JAWAN. The worldwide numbers of the film are close to 550 crore.
The collections of LEO (Hindi) are as follows.
Week One - 16,87,00,000
Week Two - 7,25,00,000 apprx
TOTAL - 24,12,00,000 apprx
