Singer-rapper Yo Yo Honey Singh is officially divorced from Shalini Talwar.

The couple, who had tied the knot in January 2011, decided to part ways in December 2022.

Advocate Ishan Mukherjee, representing Singh, confirmed the legal development. He, however, declined to provide further details, citing the private nature of matrimonial matters. Similarly, advocate Vivek Singh, representing Talwar, refrained from commenting on the issue for the same reason.

The divorce proceedings followed a series of personal challenges in the couple’s relationship. In August 2021, Talwar had filed a case of domestic violence against the 40-year-old singer. In response, Singh took to social media to vehemently deny the allegations. These allegations were eventually withdrawn after the parties reached a settlement.
