Tiger 3 boasts of a great story. The entry of Tiger is clapworthy. A few scenes take the cake and would be loved by the audience. Sadly, Maneesh Sharma's direction is not smooth. A few sequences give a been-there-done-that feeling. The novelty value is lacking. The villain track is also not as strong as that in Pathaan or Tiger Zinda Hai. Thankfully, the film has enough mass elements to keep the interest going be it Salman Khan's swag, Pathaan's cameo, the goosebumps-inducing climax etc. Speaking of performances, Salman Khan underplays his part with ease and looks excellent doing action. Katrina Kaif, too, puts her best foot forward. Emraan Hashmi seems dashing and does well but is let down by the script. From the supporting actors, Kumud Mishra (Rakesh), Revathy (Maithili Menon), Simran (Pakistan PM Nasreen Irani) and Michelle Lee (Gen Zimou) leave a huge mark. Anant Vidhaat (Karan), Chandrachoor Rai (Nikhil), Gavie Chahal (Abrar) and Danish Bhat (Javed) are okay. Vishal Jethwa (Hassan), Sartaaj Kakkar (Junior) and Ridhi Dogra (Shaheen) are hardly there. Aamir Bashir (Rehaan Nazar) also has a limited role but is memorable. Danish Husain (D G Riaz) and Shahid Lateef (General Haq) are okay. Lastly, Shah Rukh Khan and Hrithik Roshan are too good. All in all, Tiger 3 is worth watching for its paisa-vasool moments.
