JAWAN (Hindi) had another big day as it collected 23.50-24 crore nett on its first Tuesday to take its overall total to over 300 crore nett with 302 crore nett coming in just 5 days. There is a 20% apprx drop on Tuesday but there was a cricket match with India and the film is lopsided towards South means drops are likely until they fall to a normal level.

The number is still fantastic for a Tuesday especially after the huge extended weekend and pretty much similar to what PATHAAN did on the first Tuesday. The first week records (7 days) is 317 crore nett of PATHAAN and JAWAN is likely to cross that as it will do over 320 crore nett for the first week which is another record in the book for the film.

The crucial number now will be the number on Friday as that will determine where the film will be going. At present its very similar to PATHAAN and not just the all India total but the circuit numbers are pretty much the same.
