Maanvi Gagroo, who tied the knot with her long-time partner, comedian Kumar Varun, on February 23 this year, chose to keep mum about the whole affair. Finally opening up about her life after marriage, the Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhan (2020) actor says, “Life is still the way it was before the wedding, which is a good thing. It’s just the two of us living together, so things are quite nice.”

The 37-year-old adds, “We are busy with our professional lives, but we come home to each other. This is the life we wanted and the main reason why we decided to get married. Otherwise, before marriage, we had to take time out after our work to meet and then we’d go to our respective homes.”

Gagroo, who was seen in Tripling last year, is busy with workshops for a new show, which goes on floors this month.

Talking about her style of working, the actor says, “There are some people who like to work on back-to-back projects and I have had such phases, too. But I have always wanted to take up one project at a time, take a break and then start the next one. That would be ideal. But aisa hota nahin hai.”
