1920: Horrors Of The Heart boasts of a fantastic story which is different from the rest of the horror films of Bollywood. A few scenes and jumpscares also work well. However, the execution is outdated and seems like a film of 2003 and not 2023. There are too many loose ends and VFX is poor and amateur. A side character, who seemed to be the most powerful, is shockingly absent in the climax fight when his powers were needed the most. Speaking of performances, Avika Gor puts up a good act and proves that she can play a lead role convincingly. Barkha Bisht (Radhika Thakur) and Rahul Dev (Shantanu Thakur) are fair. Ketaki Kulkarni (Aditi) leaves a huge mark. Danish Pandor (Arjun) and Avtar Gill (Chaudhary) are okay. Randheer Rai (Dheeraj) and Amit Behl (tantric) are over the top. Arbendra Pratap (Gardener) hams. All in all, 1920: Horrors Of The Heart is avoidable.
