PATHAAN collected 5.50-5.75 crore nett on Friday to make it a huge 90 crore second week. It was day sixteen and collections still remain at a very good level. The total collections of the film so far are 438 crore nett and it is looking set for another big week. The second week is the sixth highest of all time with three films getting over the 100 crore nett mark in week two.

The film trended a little better in the weekdays compared to the first week and it is crucial the Friday also trends like last week and shows a minimal drop or stays at a similar level. This is just in tems for that 500 crore nett finish as otherwise the film has done its a job in a big way.

KGF - CHAPTER 2 grossed 80 crore nett plus after its second week and that would be more than enough for PATHAAN. The third Friday looks to be trending better than KGF - CHAPTER 2 but the Yash starrer had a few days advantage of Eid and some big films tanking badly in that period. The next ten days will probably tell where PATHAAN will end up. At the moment the range looks to be 490-520 crore nett.

PATHAAN had a fantastic hold on its third Friday as it collected similar to Thursday with around 5.50-5.75 crore nett. Last week, the multiplexes showed no drop on Friday but mass pockets dropped probably due to the huge release but this week the holds were strong all over. The lower level of business also helped.

The film remains on course for the 500 crore nett mark though next week is the crucial one as it will face competition for the first time in its run. The third Friday is easily the best post pandemic as KGF - CHAPTER 2 had done almost 4 crore nett while THE KASHMIR FILES was around 4.50 crore nett. The weekend growth should be huge like last week and there should be another double digit in its run and maybe even two if Saturday really pushes.

The film has now collected over 443 crore nett and it will probably cross 450 crore nett today. The film has done huge business in South and East and surprisingly these areas are holding up very well till now. The Mumbai and Central belts could have had higher numbers comparatively but these are also holding well.

PATHAAN (Hindi) took its overseas total to $41 million in its second week. The film has crossed $15 million in USA/Canada and a crazy $12 million in Gulf. The United Kingdom is heading towards the £4 million mark. It also has seen outstanding business in places like New Zealand, Germany and other countries of Europe. The standout though is the Gulf region and United Kingdom

The business of the film in US/Canada alone has out grossed the total overseas business of all Hindi films released post the pandemic and that pretty tells how big this film is in Overseas. The only Indian films above it are the ones in multiple formats be it with a Manadarin version or the Indian regional languages. There is no original INDIAN film anywhere close to Pathaan in Overseas.

The worldwide number of the is 861 crore and the third weekend will see the film cruise past the 900 crore mark.

The worldwide numbers in all formats will be around the 880 crore plus mark and this is well off record levels but that is because PATHAAN is mainly for the core Hindi film markets and this genre made for Hindi audiences will not travel like a DANGAL.
