DRISHYAM 2 has kept on going at the box office despite the competition and it will do good business in week six also. As CIRKUS has not fared well at the box office, it may well favour DRISHYAM 2 the most as now its run will probably be prolonged and it can get benefit of the holiday period. The film may also be around in cinemas until PATHAAN in late January as nothing much is releasing over the next month.

The film collected close to 50 lakhs nett and may well be looking at drop of under 50% this week considering the holiday period which is a fantastic result. And if the open week next week holds steady at the same levels, you cannot rule this film catching BRAHMASTRA and being the highest grossing original Hindi film organically of 2022.

The collections stand at 218 crore nett apprx toll date and that 225 crore nett mark looks pretty much certain for the film now.
