BRAHMASTRA (Hindi) did well again on its second Monday as it collected in the 4-4.25 crore nett range which is a drop of around 50% from the Friday but that is because ticket rates have come down to base levels from Monday onward so the bigger multiplexes fell more than normal on the second Monday. These are the places which had also seen a good jump on Friday. The places where there was no growth on Friday have held on better. 

This takes the film to 41 crore nett in the second week after four days and it will be a comfortable 50 crore nett plus second week. The Hindi version now stands at 184 crore nett and it should add another 10 crore nett over the next three days for a total of 194 crore nett after two weeks.

There is also no major competition this week but there is national cinema day on Friday where most of the multiplex chains be it national or non national will price tickets at INR 75 only. So, its hard to to tell where the film will land up on this day.

At present the film is looking to finish at 220-230 crore nett in Hindi which is a great result for a film which does not have support at B and C centres and that too post pandemic when it has been a huge task to succeed without the support of these as bigger cities have been hit by the streaming habit. All the other films to have got around 200 crore nett or above did well at least in the B centres.

BRAHMASTRA (Hindi) collected a decent 3.50 crore nett on its second Tuesday taking its overall to 187.50 crore nett but it may feel the heat over the next couple of days due to the cheap rates on Friday which can lessen the business on the other days.

The business for cinema day on Friday has already reached 2.50 crore nett plus and it is sure to do a very good number but the issue is what happens after this huge day as it is likely to consume much of the weekend footfalls. One thing is there though the film is sure to cross the 200 crore nett mark in Hindi on National Cinema Day.

The second week now should close around 50-51 crore nett as its likely the collections will fall under the 3 crore nett mark before the week is out and there will be some losses due to cinema day which will be covered on the Friday.
