HEROPANTI 2 had a very dull first week with collections of 23 crore nett. The film had gone on Monday with only 1 crore nett nett but the Eid period meant it managed to get better collections over the next few days though it makes little difference to the final outcome. 

The Eid period got a boost with decent collections in single screens of UP, Central and Eastern India though multiplexes all over remained dull over the Eid period. HEROPANTI 2 will not add much post the first week.

Friday - 6,25,00,000 apprx

Saturday - 4,75,00,000 apprx

Sunday - 4,00,00,000 apprx

Monday - 1,00,00,000 apprx

Tuesday - 3,00,00,000 apprx

Wednesday - 2,50,00,000 apprx

Thursday - 1,50,00,000 apprx

RUNWAY 34 also had a very dull first week as the film collected 22.50 crore nett. The film had a reasonable hold on Monday but was unable to benefit much from the Eid period as it had no mass support. The collections of HEROPANTI 2 were less than 50% of RUNWAY 34 on Monday but it went ahead of RUNWAY 34 for the rest of the week on mass support despite poor reports..

RUNWAY 34 will eventually do better than HEROPANTI 2 as collections will be better in the second week but the industry must understand that you cant go far now on the strength of metros and its the states which will drive the box office.
