THE BATMAN saw a decent first week though collections dropped on the weekdays as the film collected almost 30 crore nett in week one. Despite the drop, the collections in week one are decent and it has collected more than ETERNALS which was around 24 crore nett in week one.
The film will show falls from here on though it may find some audience on the weekends. But 40 crore nett looks the best case scenario of the film which would be a fair final total and third best for Hollywood post the pandemic.
The collections of THE BATMAN in week one were as follows.
Thursday - 75,00,000 apprx
Friday - 5,75,00,000 apprx
Saturday - 7,50,00,000 apprx
Sunday - 7,75,00,000 apprx
Monday - 2,40,00,000 apprx
Tuesday - 2,15,00,000 apprx
Wednesday - 1,90,00,000 apprx
Thursday - 1,70,00,000 apprx
TOTAL - 29,90,00,000 apprx
JHUND collected poorly in week one with only 8.75 crore nett but it held up well on the weekdays at low levels due to decent collections in Maharashtra. The film could hold steady in week two but the problem is very low collections. The ratio of business coming from Maharashtra will be higher in week two than in week one. Outside Maharashtra it has lost much more screen space.
The collections of JHUND till date are as follows.
Friday - 1,00,00,000 apprx
Saturday - 1,50,00,000 apprx
Sunday - 2,25,00,000 apprx
Monday - 1,00,00,000 apprx
Tuesday - 1,10,00,000 apprx
Wednesday - 1,00,00,000 apprx
Thursday - 90,00,000 apprx
TOTAL - 8,75,00,000 apprx
