THE BATMAN did good business over the first weekend though growth was not huge as business was generally limited to metros and the English version which started very well on Friday itself. The film has not done well in regional versions and outside the bigger cities. The weekend business plus paid previews was almost 22 crore nett. 

The 21 IMAX properties in India are fantastic as just these 21 properties contribute over 20% of the all India business. THE BATMAN has done excellent business in US and Europe but for India, it was never going to get the mass audience but still collected well due to high end multiplexes.

The collections of THE BATMAN till date are as follows.

Thursday - 75,00,000 apprx

Friday - 5,75,00,000 apprx

Saturday - 7,50,00,000 apprx

Sunday - 7,75,00,000 apprx

JHUND could not do well at the box office as it collected around 4.75 crore nett for the weekend. There was growth for the film on Saturday and Sunday but it was not enough. The bulk of the collections of the film are from Maharashtra but even here it does not look like going far. The collections outside Maharashtra are a disaster as even Delhi city is unable to collect despite media support for the film.

The total weekend collections of JHUND are pretty much similar to what THE BATMAN has done in 21 IMAX properties alone.
