PUSHPA: THE RISE - PART 01 (Hindi) saw its first major drop in week nine as the weekly collections will be down 50% plus. A 52-53% weekly drop is still a very strong trend but its not comparable to how this film has trended over the first eight weeks.

The ninth week collections are looking to be around 1.50 crore nett which will take the film to 107 crore nett and its likely to be a 108 crore nett plus finish for the film. PUSHPA: THE RISE - PART 01 (Hindi) still managed huge growth on Sunday as collections went up 80% from 25 lakhs nett on Saturday to 45 lakhs nett on Sunday.

There was another dubbed Telugu film, KHILADI, released this week which took some of the single screens of PUSHPA: THE RISE - PART 01 but it would have been better to retain the Allu Arjun starrer even in week nine. More than that, its a wonder how they managed to get the film to release with the name KHILADI as the film with the same name released in 1992 and did pretty well and the lead Akshay Kumar is a huge star today. So there is still some value to the title for the holders. Its likely that just like the public, the release also went unnoticed by the industry.
