Firoz Khan, known for his role as Arjun in Mahabharat, is upset that someone has been tweeting regularly under his name. The person recently put out a tweet against Jaya Bachchan and this has irked Firoz very much. The imposter’s recent tweet said, ‘Amitabh Bachchan ne pichle 50 saal me jo aapni issat banayi thi, uski natgulli patni ne uss izzat ka kabaada kar diya (sic).’

Firoz says, “Someone has created this account using my name and picture and the user also has many followers, so one could think it’s actually me. I had no clue about this until two days ago. I was in Jaipur for some work and when I returned to Mumbai, I started getting calls and messages from my friends who brought this to my notice. It’s upsetting to see somebody tweeting rubbish under my name.”

Firoz has an account on Twitter, but he is not very active on social media. “I don’t actively tweet much apart from some work-related things. And my account is Arjun Firoz Khan. I have kept this name since the time I played the role of Arjun.”

Firoz’s son, actor Jibraan Khan adds, “We are going to take action against the imposter account. We have contacted the cyber cell. Meanwhile, we just want people to know that it’s not my father’s account.”
