SOORYAVANSHI saw huge collections coming from cinemas in Mumbai circuit as only one of the top ten multiplexes was out of Mumbai circuit. A centre like Rajkot had the highest collecting cinema in the country. Rajkot almost saw the the highest single screen as well as Galaxy was just short of Raj Mandir Jaipur which is normally the highest collecting single screen in almost all of the films which manage to get a release there.
Rajkot also saw another single screen Rajashri among the highest single screen collection. Cosmoplex multiplex in Rajkot beat all the big national multiplexes of PVR, Inox and Cinepolis to be the highest collecting cinema in the country for SOORYAVANSHI.
The highest collecting multiplex is generally PVR Pacific Mall in Delhi but that cinemas missed out being in top ten with SOORYAVANSHI as it was the 12th highest with collections of 39 lakhs. Only four of the top ten cinemas were outside Gujarat, three were in Mumbai/Thane including the newly opened PVR property in Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC) and the other was Inox Palassio in Lucknow.
