BT Exclusive: Tiger Shroff kickstarts 2021 with some action

Tiger Shroff wowed his fans on social media with some kickass videos that had him doing backflips and other impressive stunts throughout the last year. Recently, he brought in the New Year with Disha Patani in the Maldives, but he didn’t slack or skip his fitness routine post the vacation. In fact, Tiger hit the gym and got into training mode early on Sunday morning. Here are some exclusive shots of the actor in action during an intense fitness session, which lasted for over one-and-a-half hour.
Talking about the session, Tiger’s martial arts and gymnastics trainer, Kuldeep Shashi, says, “Tiger began training with us even before he made his debut in Bollywood with Heropanti. We train every day for two-and-a-half hours and do a mix of action, gymnastics and martial arts. This is in addition to Tiger’s weight training. Usually, we have a day off on Sunday, but if he is busy with film shoots or has just come back from a vacation, he comes in to train.”
Tiger, who is known to be extremely particular about his fitness regime, had also set up a gym at his home before the Coronavirus lockdown was implemented in March last year. With film shoots resuming, it looks like the actor is leaving no stone unturned to ensure that he is in super form when he gets back to packing a punch on the screen.
