After shooting the finale episode of Khatron Ke Khiladi (KKK) on July 21, the makers wanted to commence work on an extended special edition of the stunt-based reality show immediately. However, we hear that the show’s host, filmmaker Rohit Shetty, won’t be available to shoot its first two episodes.

So, director-choreographer Farah Khan has stepped into his shoes as the interim host.

The shoot for the special edition, titled Khatron Ke Khiladi — Made In India, featuring contestants from previous seasons like Karan Wahi, Rithvik Dhanjani, Haarsh Limbachiyaa, Karan Patel, Nia Sharma, Jasmin Bhasin, Aly Goni and Jay Bhanushali, will commence today with Farah.

A source shares, “Rohit is travelling to Hyderabad for the recce of his next film. The channel and makers have worked out the schedule in such a way that he will be away for just two episodes.”
