MARDAANI 2 had a good hold on Monday collected in the 2.75-3 crore nett range. The film saw a drop of 25% and took its four day total to almost 21 crore nett. The first week business of the film is heading towards the 28 crore nett mark.

MARDAANI in 2014 grossed a little under 36 crore nett and even allowing for the release of DABANGG 3 on Friday, it should be able to beat that number. The film is doing very well in Kolkata and also in Mumbai and Pune. The ratio of business in Kolkata is double of what it should be. The film is a success and it will be the second Friday which will determine if it can be a HIT.
