Every actor dreams of working with the legendary star Amitabh Bachchan, and Kartik Aaryan is no exception. The Luka Chuppi actor will soon have his wish fulfilled as he is all set to work with Hindi cinema’s icon in a commercial.

The thespian and the rising star are endorsing a premium apparel brand for which they will shoot an ad soon. The two have never been together on a platform, and have met only once at an event. This upcoming ad will be the first time they will share screen space.

Says a source close to the clothing label, “The brand was in search of a young face who would complement it and take it to a new level along with Mr Bachchan. Being a youth sensation, Kartik was a perfect choice. Also, Mr Bachchan and Kartik is an untouched combination.”

Interestingly, at an event last year, the Big B had praised Kartik’s bromantic act in Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety. He had said, “Recently, there was this film Sonu Ki Titu — bada ajeeb sa naam hai — us mein Aaryan was so good. The film had such a good story. I get so obsessed and I keep writing to them saying well done.”

Hearing this, Kartik couldn’t contain his excitement. He had taken to social media and written, “Sonu is even more special to me now. Thank you @amitabhbachchan Sir Since the time I have heard these priceless words am on cloud nine. Can’t express my happiness!! As an actor u live for such precious moments. It encourages you to another level Getting appreciation from you sir is a moment I will cherish always (sic).”
