SPIDER-MAN: FAR FROM HOME has done well in its first weekend recording collections of almost 45 crore nett in four days. The first four days ensures the film becomes the highest grossing SPIDER-MAN film in India though the 60 crore nett target of HOMECOMING is not much and FAR FROM HOME should sail past it.
There is a question mark on the film about how well it can sustain at the box office as these types don't have a long life at the box office and the 45 crore nett has come over four days and not three days. CAPTAIN MARVEL did 40 crore nett in 3 days earlier this year and that film had moderate appreciation.
The CAPTAIN MARVEL numbers are the target for this film which would mean a HIT film though it will have to counter the cricket match which could hit this film hardest of all as it has the highest collections of films playing this week.
The business of SPIDER-MAN: FAR FROM HOME till date is as follows.
Thursday - 9,75,00,000 apprx
Friday - 8,50,00,000 apprx
Saturday - 12,00,00,000 apprx
Sunday - 14,50,00,000 apprx
TOTAL - 44,75,00,000 apprx
