On Monday, Sidharth Malhotra and Parineeti Chopra wrapped up a three-day schedule of a Maha Shivratri-based song in their next film together, Jabariya Jodi. Choreographed by Bosco Martis, who has previously worked with the duo on the 2014 romcom Hasee Toh Phasee, directed the fun number in a mela set-up.The song also marked the end of shooting for the Prashant Singh directorial, which is based on the tradition of groom-kidnapping in Bihar. The next day, Sidharth got an early start on the prep of another one of his upcoming films, the Karan Johar and Shabbir Boxwala-produced, tentatively-titled Kargil’s Sher Shah. “Sid, along with the cast, was training on army drills and learnt the use of military weapons. This exercise is to get the body language and army etiquettes correct,” informs a source close to the development, adding that the actor will begin shooting for the Captain Vikram Batra biopic in the first week of May in Chandigarh.
Mirror had earlier reported (April 1) that Sidharth would undergo month-long training to get into the skin of his character. The film will be shot in approximately 70 days across Chandigarh, Palampur, Kashmir and Ladakh.
