The new Hindi releases on Friday were all dull which meant Hollywood release ALITA: BATTLE ANGEL got the best collections out of the new releases though it was still behind URI.

The eight new Hindi films on Friday were:
1. Amavas
2. Dosti Ke Side Effectss
3. End Counter
4. Jhol
5. Khandala Night
6. Parking Closed
7. SP Chauhan
8. The Fakir Of Venice

All the films were non star cast films and it was only AMAVAS which registered any collections as it collected 60-70 lakhs nett. The rest were total washouts.

ALITA: BATTLE ANGEL collected around 1 crore nett plus more than AMAVAS with figures of 1.75 crore nett though this is still a poor collection.
