(Crisp) Movie Review: WILDLIFE by FENIL SETA

Wildlife is a breezy and even shocking tale of a family in Montana in the 60s. The setting is interesting and that itself wins hearts. The beginning is a bit dragging and it takes a while to connect with the characters. As the film progresses, it gets better and some sequences really stand out. All actors are great but somehow, Ed Oxenbould takes the cake. This is unlike any other teen we have seen in films in a long time and he's superb on screen as a guy who's quite mature for his age. Carrey Mulligan makes a tremendous impact especially when her character undergoes a change. Jake Gyllenhaal has lesser screen time but is superb as always!
My rating - *** ½ out of 5!
