Climax is a film by Gaspar Noé, known for some of the most shocking and risqué films. Climax is no exception and is about a troupe of hip-hop dancers experiencing a bad trip after accidentally ingesting psychedelics. This is probably the craziest film I have seen till date. The way the film is shot and presented is praiseworthy. But you really need to be strong-hearted to go through the film as the content is just unbelievable. The performances are exemplary, no doubt, and it’s interesting to know that the film was shot without a script. Full marks to the vision and technicalities but this is not a film I can sit through again. Hence, it’s an average fare for me!
