For the sixth edition of Karan Johar’s talk show, the filmmaker has managed to get two of his closest friends to grace the couch together. Our source reveals, “Abhishek Bachchan and Shweta Bachchan Nanda will be seen on Koffee With Karan (KWK). The three of them are thick buddies and it was KJo’s idea to bring them on the show. We can expect several childhood secrets spilling out as the siblings know a lot of things about the multi-talented filmmaker, which not many in the industry are aware of. The episode will have both AB Jr and Shweta sharing their fondest memories with him as kids.”

Shweta agreed to make an appearance only because of her friend. The informer tells us, “She has come on KWK earlier with dad Amitabh Bachchan. Karan and Shweta are quite close, so she couldn’t refuse him this time. The episode will be shot next month.”

ANOTHER INTERESTING PAIR
This season, several personalities such as Janhvi Kapoor, Diljit Dosanjh and Badshah will debut on KWK. After Hrs has learnt that Vicky Kaushal and Ayushmann Khurrana, too, will make their first appearance. “Their episode was shot yesterday. The duo is redefining norms in Bollywood with their film choices and performances. Karan is fond of them and decided to rope them in,” states our source.
