Having pushed the envelope by producing films such as NH10, Phillauri and Pari to the audience, Anushka Sharma and her brother Karnesh Sharma are now widening the scope of their production house by venturing into television commercials. The brother-sister duo is clear that the ad production department will follow the same core values as their movie production arm.

“Anushka, along with her brother, has shown that she can break new grounds with every movie that comes out of Clean Slate Films. She is driven purely by strong content that makes for entertaining cinema. She wants the ad film unit to also take up work that resonates these values,” says a source.

The Sui Dhaaga: Made In India actress will star in the first TVC as the brand ambassador of one of the most reputed travel solution companies in the world. “Directed by Maneesh Sharma, it will present the leggy lass as a jetsetter, who is looking to create new and outstanding memories through her travels,” the source adds.
