Vipul Amrutlal Shah, who was given a clean bill of health on August 21 after a week-long stay in the hospital for dengue and typhoid, has suffered a relapse. The filmmaker was rushed back to the hospital over the weekend.

However, according to a source close to the development, it hasn’t slowed down work on his upcoming release, Namaste England, which features Arjun Kapoor and Parineeti Chopra. “The release date was pushed from December 7 to October 19 at Vipul’s behest as he had wrapped up filming ahead of schedule. Unfortunately, bang in the middle of a hectic post production, he ended up in the hospital. But Vipul is determined to have the film ready as per schedule, so he is working from the hospital. Special permissions have been taken from the doctors as he’s keen to have the final cut of the trailer and the edit of the film ready on time,” the source added.
