DHADAK showed good growth on its second Saturday to collect 4 crore nett and now the film has collected 57 crore nett in nine days. It will beat the numbers of STUDENT OF THE YEAR in a couple of days time to become the highest grossing films with newcomers. DHADAK will the highest GROSSER with newcomers not the biggest HIT as there are films like BOBBY (1973), BETAAB (1983) and MAINE PYAR KIYA (1989) which are possibly in the 300 crore nett plus level today with 3 crore or even more footfalls.

The film is continuing to do well at multiplexes of A centres be it Jaipur, Nagpur, Indore or Varanasi. The business is missing in the Punjab cities, Delhi city, Gurgaon and Noida. Ghaziabad out of the NCR belt is good while rest of NCR is not up to the mark.
