Karisma Kapoor’s divorce with Sunjay Kapur came through almost two years ago. The actress is said to be ‘dating’ businessman Sandeep Toshniwal, in whose company she is spotted often.

The Mumbai-based businessman is also reportedly separated from his wife and is a regular at all bashes of the Kapoor khandaan. It is lovely to see Karisma and him bonding with Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan on special days. For a while now, the grapevine has been suggesting that Sandeep and Karisma would get engaged in August. However, dad Randhir Kapoor vehemently denies the rumours. He tells us, “There’s no truth to this. I would want to get Karisma married again, but she isn’t interested. We have spoken about it and she has clearly told me she doesn’t want to start a family again. She wants to raise her kids (Samiera and Kiaan) well and that’s her only plan right now.”

The doting father adds that his elder daughter, who has witnessed the rough side of marriage, has ‘dealt with it in a dignified way’. “We should give Lolo credit for that,” he asserts. But ask papa Kapoor about Sandeep and he tells us, “I don’t know him at all. Karisma is a single woman. If she feels like going out with somebody, she can go out. What is wrong with it? He’s her friend and they do go out together, which is fine.”
