Even though John Abraham announced that Parmanu: The Story Of Pokhran would release on May 4, the industry is uncertain if the film will keep its date with the audience, in lieu of the actor-producer’s legal wrangle with Prernaa Arora’s KriArj Entertainment.

The case is being heard in the Bombay High Court after the two producers filed criminal complaints against each other. On Wednesday, the court reportedly granted injunction, preventing JA Entertainment from putting out any material about the film in any media until the next hearing on April 16.

The fight between John and Prernaa escalated after the former issued a statement terminating the agreement with her over payment issues. She, on the other hand, accused him of not cooperating and failing to deliver the product despite being paid production costs.
