Last year, when Abhishek Kapoor signed Sara Ali Khan for Kedarnath, he ensured that she didn’t sign her second film before her maiden venture hit the screens. But the Sushant Singh Rajput-starrer, which has got delayed by months, has an indefinite future as of today.

After the fallout between Gattu (as the director is popularly known) and producer Prernaa Arora of KriArj Entertainment, there’s hardly been any progress on Kedarnath.

Sara, who was all set to make her Bollywood debut with it, is also disturbed about the whole fiasco. Says a source, “Amrita Singh has already started speaking to several other directors, so that her daughter quickly signs her next. Meanwhile, Sara too has been busy reading scripts and she has already liked a few.”

One of these is the Ashutosh Gowariker film, which stars Arjun Kapoor. Our source adds, “There are two other scripts which Sara is keen on. Amrita, too, feels they are good choices. The maa-beti are in talks with the makers of both the movies. Discussions are on but no announcements will be made anytime soon.”

Guess even if Kedarnath doesn’t roll on time, there’s no reason to worry for Sara!
