Aditya Roy Kapur, who recently moved into his new bachelor pad in Bandra taking cue from close friend Ranbir Kapoor, is making the most of the 4000-sq-feet space. Originally a four-bedroom apartment, it has been converted into a two-BHK with a huge hall in the centre for one of Aditya’s prized possessions, a pool table bought from Bangalore.

A source close to the 32-year-old actor reveals, “Aditya roped in interior designer Ashiesh Shah, who has also done up his close friend Ranbir Kapoor’s previous apartment (which he had shared with former girlfriend Katrina Kaif). He had loved what Ashiesh did with Ranbir’s house and was looking for something similar. Besides the pool table, which is the centerpiece of Aditya’s home, he also has a piano and a bar. The colour scheme is predominantly whites, blacks and greys.”

According to Shah, the house also offers plenty of natural light. “We’ve also designed plenty of comfy corners in the living room, where Aditya can hang out with friends. The walls are lined with art and his collection of photos. It’s warm and cosy,” the designer adds.
