Filmmaker Abhishek Kapoor (Gattu) and his team are back in Mumbai after a month-long schedule of Kedarnath in the hilly, temple city of Uttarakhand. The production teams are leaving no stone unturned to make it grand, given that the film launches Sara Ali Khan (daughter of Amrita Singh and Saif Ali Khan) opposite Sushant Singh Rajput.

“It has been an incredible and exhausting schedule. It's not easy shooting in the mountains of Kedarnath, especially when it's on a yatra. Thankfully, the mountain god blessed us and we completed the first schedule as planned,“ says Abhishek, whose banner, Guy In The Sky Pictures Production, has collaborated with T-Series, KriArj Entertainment, and Balaji Motion Pictures on the project.

Arjun N Kapoor from KriArj Entertainment, adds, “We've shot a part of Kedarnath in the Triyuginarayan Temple or the Akhand Dhuni Temple, where Lord Shiva is said to have married Devi Parvati. Could divine intervention get any better? Working with Gattu and his wife Pragya Kapoor has been a wholesome experience. They are thorough professionals.Together, we pride ourselves in mentoring Sara.“

The makers have ensured that the locations and the mood of the film are as fresh as the film's leading lady, who has already floored her mentors with her charm and unbridled talent.
