Urvashi Rautela (Yamaha Fascino Miss Diva 2015-Miss Universe India) is said to have turned down a couple of international offers to play an Indian apsara in a fantasy film and the leading lady in another action entertainer. Reason: she is already committed to several Bollywood projects.

During her recent visit to Los Angeles, the actress reportedly met a few international filmmakers, who expressed their desire to work with her. However, since she already has three films lined up with Zee Studios and two with T-Series, she declined the international offers, though she felt that she was ready to take the plunge.

One of her upcoming projects is Hate Story 4, which will roll out in London shortly. To be helmed by Vishal Pandya, the fourth installment of the franchise has generated buzz with Urvashi signing up to play the lead.

The actress, who was ranked among the youngest and most beautiful women in the universe in a poll conducted by an international website in 2016 and 2017, says, “Though actor-director Sean Derrick felt that I'll be able to do justice to the apsara's role, I couldn't take it up as my dates were clashing with Hate Story 4. In fact, we'll start shooting for the film in a week's time. It's an intense revenge drama; I have never done something like this before and I hope people like it. The film has a brilliant story.“

Even as she is busy with her career commitments, Urvashi, who has founded a charity, recently visited Uttarakhand to help victims of the flood affected areas.
