The actor stepped in for Sanjay Dutt after the latter bailed out a day before he was to appear on a show

Tiger Shroff recently made a guest appearance on his superhero director Remo D’souza’s talent hunt show, Dance Plus, which is in its third season. Although he doesn’t have a film coming up which would explain a promotional overdrive, the 27-year-old actor turned up for the semi finale with the other celebrity guest, choreographer Terence Lewis, to show of support for his A Flying Jatt maker.

A source reveals that Sanjay Dutt was to be the guest earlier but cancelled a day prior to the shoot, leaving the team in a lurch. “In desperation, Remo reached out to Tiger, requesting him to step in for Sanju and without any fuss, Tiger landed up on the set the next day around noon. Later, during the shoot Tiger confided that he owes a lot to Remo and would be there for him, any day, any time, anywhere.”

When contacted, Remo reciprocated the affection by saying it was really sweet of Tiger to come on such short notice. “I called him only the night before the shoot and was really happy he could make it. It was great fun having him on the show since he loves dance. We have a contestant who does acrobats and Tiger showed off his skills in that department too,” he exulted, adding that he’s known Tiger from before he became an actor and loves the fact that stardom hasn’t spoilt him. “He’s still the same boy, the most hardworking and dedicated actor I’ve ever seen in my life,” Remo praised.
