Milind Soman is returning to TV as one of the judges on the reality show India's Next Top Model. The 51-year-old model-actor admits that he hasn't decided if he will be a strict judge or a lenient one and will play it by the ear. “I plan to do whatever I think is necessary to bring out the best in the girls,“ he says, reminiscing about his own days as a beginner. “Modelling was a lot of fun. I learnt a lot about dealing with people and the business and also got to travel all over the world. The models, over the years, have become much more professional and international. In fact, we are almost at par with the global industry and it is great to see Indian models setting international runways and fashion pages on fire.“

And what is he looking for in the contesting models? He says, “I believe a great model is a perfect combination of poise and personality, expresses themselves effortlessly, even in tough situations. Dedication plays a key role in all of this and it will be a benchmark in India's Next Top Model as well. I want all the aspiring models out there to know that it's definitely not just the pretty face that matters!“

Back in July, Mirror had reported about the 'Iron Man' finding love again with air hostess Ankita Konwar. Bring up murmurs of an impending wedding, and Milind instantly clams up. “Not yet“ is all he is willing to say.
