Jacqueline Fernandez doesn't like to talk about her private life. But when she is asked about her relationship status, the actor insists that she is only committed to her work.
Discussing the traits she like to see in a partner, she says, "I'm not driven by looks. I'd like my man to be susheel [cultured] and someone who takes risks. He should be a balanced person, someone who is worldly-wise, aware of his tradition and culture, confident, adventurous and full of life."
The actor, who awaits the release of 'A Gentleman' this week, says work is keeping her busy. "But things can change with the snap of a finger. I might meet someone who I would want to be with for the rest of my life. I don't plan anything. Everything just happens spontaneously and that's how my life has shaped up," says the actor, adding that she isn't averse to commitment.
"Commitment is not an issue, but I don't want to be in a relationship just for the heck of it. I've always been a risk-taker. I entered Bollywood without knowing anyone. I wasn't even familiar with the language. But that didn't scare me. I need someone who is like-minded and understands me and my work," says Fernandez.
